We have the purple
lots with the numbers on them. These are by far the nicest lots available
at Tango Mar. They also have the most reasonable prices. Lot
#54 will only be sold after lots #55 and #53 have sold. Those three
are particularly nice as they are on the lake. Lots #33 & #34
have particularly nice views of the ocean. All owners of lots must
pay $325 per month for the guard service and maintenance of the common
facilities and grounds. These lots have simple clear titles which
can be verified by checking with the Registro Nacional (Public Registrar)
